We went here with some friends. I had the birria tacos--they were amazing. The service was friendly and the restaurant was clean and spacious. I'll be returning just to get the birria tacos again!
Prices and food are good!!! Can't go wrong with the Taco Salad sub whole beans for refried beans and get the Pastor!!! Tacos and Burritos are good and try the Ceviche tostada!!! Their salsas are so so so good!!! Must try!!!
Excellent food and service. The staff is super friendly, the prices are great, and the food is tasty. This place even beats some tacos we had in Mexico. They make their tortillas fresh in-house! Go on the weekends for special breakfast menu or during the week for weekday specials. Favorite menu items: - Soft tacos plate with pollo, carne asada, or al pastor - Burrito with carne asada -
We used to live in west sacramento and discovered this gem perhaps 6 years ago and even now that we moved to roseville area, we always make sure to drop by here when we go to downtown or ikea and it never disappoints us. Sure the prices have gone up which is totally understandable and the serving has gotten a little smaller but tastes the same as it's always been and for me , this is one of the best tasting authentic mexican food ive tasted so far. Their menudo on the weekends is to die for but i would usually order their burrito with tripa & buche with a side of rice and we love it! Service is quick & plenty of tables around, bathrooms are also clean but dated. Nevertheless, we will continue supporting this restaurant. More power!
Listen guys if you come here, you have to get the birria. Yes you got it. Good OK now order three more of them because it's so delicious. Get the birria quesadillas. Get the tacos. Drink as much cosome and of course don't forget the Mexican Coke, which is made from sugarcane sugar and not high fruit corn syrup. I can't wait to try out more things from here. Will definitely be back again. Great Sacramento jewel !
If you like Ay Jalisco, then you will also love Mi Querido Michoacan. Fast casual clean restaurant with delicious food and friendly fast service. Free chips & salsa. We devoured our veggie taco salad $10 5/5, California burrito $11 5/5, Michelada $9 5/5. Highly highly recommend.
Food reasonably priced and they give out free chips and salsa. Workers here are so sweet!! The outside of it might not be the nicest but I promise, food is quite tasty. Nice spot for sure to grab a quick bite.
